Tenth pass students can appear for CA (Chartered Accountancy) course
New curriculum for aspirants for CA course

Indian Chartered Accountants are the most sought after overseas. More than 12000 Chartered Accountants who qualified from Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) are well placed in different countries.
The format of CA (Chartered Accountancy) is changed in order to attract the young students who pass tenth standard (Class X). A student can appear for Common Proficiency Test (CPT) after passing class X. The CA course requires four years with practical training for three and a half years. The professional course includes information technology, a course on personality development. The main idea is to produce IT –savvy Chartered Accountants (CA) who can effectively conceive, design, market ideas and services.
Common Proficiency Test (CPT) deals with four subjects but included in a single paper of four hour. It is an objective type with negative marking. The test will be held once in three months.
